Golf Simulator Rules

Please read and follow every rule before using the golf simulator facility.

  1. 01
    USER ELIGIBILITY
    • PTKP Residents must book using their Room ID.
    • Visitors / Non-Residents must register as Visitor.
    • All users are required to provide accurate and valid information.
  2. 02
    BOOKING LIMIT

    Each user is allowed a maximum of 2 bookings per month.
    The system automatically tracks the monthly booking limit:

    • 0/2 → 2 bookings available
    • 1/2 → 1 booking remaining
    • 2/2 → Monthly booking limit reached
  3. 03
    BOOKING CATEGORIES

    ⛳ Group Games Designed for group play.
    Maximum duration: 4 hours per booking.
    Available time slots:

    • 08:00–12:00
    • 13:00–17:00
    • 17:30–21:30 Multiple participants are allowed.

    🏌️ Practice Designed for individual practice. Maximum 1 participant per booking.
    Maximum duration: 1 hour per slot.
    Users may select any available practice slot.

  4. 04
    BOOKING CONFLICT
    The system automatically validates every booking based on: DATE + TIME + SIMULATOR
    If the selected slot has already been booked: The booking will be automatically rejected.
    The system will notify the user that the selected slot is unavailable.
    Users can select an alternative date, time, or simulator.
  5. 05
    BOOKING CONFIRMATION
    A booking is considered confirmed only after the system successfully processes the booking. Users are responsible for verifying: Date Time Booking category Simulator Participants All confirmed bookings will be recorded in Booking History.
  6. 06
    CANCELLATION
    Users may cancel an existing booking through My Booking, subject to the applicable cancellation policy. Once cancelled, the slot will be released and become available to other users.
